When attributing the name or author of these voicebanks, you must write the names exactly as written above. You cannot call the voicebanks by any other name, nor can you attribute the voicebanks to any other author.
You are free to create sexual content, but only with vira, Raku Yaginuma, and Tear Kowane.
You are free to create violent content.
You are free to create religious content.
Do not create romantic content between adult characters and characters that are minors.
Do not create romantic or sexual content of vira, Meri, and Kamia Koito with male characters.
Do not whitewash the characters.

Do not age down or change the appearance of the voicebank characters. Especially do not do this for sexual content.
Do not create overt political content. Songs that simply have politics as one of the themes are permitted as long as they can be applied to other, broader topics or are enjoyed by many, but ask NAVILOID for permission if you are uncertain. Traditional religious carols, chants, etc. are also permitted, but not with the purpose of conversion or preaching.

NAVILOID reserves the right to request takedown of published content at any time, and users are expected to comply.
Published work using the voicebanks may or may not include visual depictions of the voicebank characters.
Visual depictions should be clearly recognizable as the voicebank characters. These voicebanks cannot be used in conjunction with artwork of other characters, i.e. commercial vocal synths or OCs.
When publishing work featuring the voicebanks, you may freely use the image files included with each voicebank.
Do not edit the artwork.
Do not make derivatives of the voicebank characters.
Do not use the art located in the voicebank folders as icons on social media platforms, etc.
Do not make AI-generated art with the character artwork.
Contact NAVILOID for individual approval to use these voicebanks commercially.
You cannot use these voicebanks or any included assets in projects involving non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or cryptocurrency.
You cannot edit these voicebanks' audio files.
You are free to edit any configuration files, such as oto.ini or FRQ files, but you may not redistribute these files.
You can only use these voicebanks in UTAU.
The contents of these voicebanks can only be used in permitted singing synthesizers. You cannot use it in any other way, such as for music production or video production.
Do not make ports or enhanced versions (i.e. VCV or CVVC, other language versions, or appends) of the voicebanks. More importantly, do not use RVC or similar AI-based software to do this.
Before these voicebanks are discontinued, you cannot redistribute them.
